Closed Loop coiling system
One of our recent developments is a unique system of closed loop coiling. This system automatically adjusts the speed of the horizontal coilers to achieve near perfect layering of the full product. The improvement in the quality and repeatability of the resulting coils can enable an overall increase in extrusion speed and productivity without compromise of product surface quality. In addition the improved product coils then present fewer problems to the downstream.
